The research employs methods of analysis and synthesis as well as comparative and systemic approaches. The findings highlight the significance of the “For Human Dignity” principle not merely as a political slogan but as a fundamental conceptual basis for social modernization. The study also examines the interrelationship among economic, spiritual-cultural, educational, information and communication, and demographic factors affecting social modernization. It concludes that the conceptual model of social modernization in New Uzbekistan is being shaped through the harmonious integration of national and universal human values.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_2307"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_2307_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
