The study examines the philosophical essence of social security, the classification of ideological threats, the dialectical relationship between ideological consensus and social stability, and the social significance of developing a culture of tolerance in ethnic and interfaith relations. The article systematically analyzes major factors that may threaten social security in the context of globalization, including religious extremism, information attacks, cosmopolitanism, and the incitement of ethnic hostility. It also examines the dialectical relationship between ideological solidarity and social stability and highlights the strategic importance of ensuring interethnic harmony and religious tolerance in Uzbekistan. Based on the research findings, the author proposes definitions of the concepts of “social security” and “ideological solidarity.” The article may serve as a scholarly resource for researchers and practitioners in philosophy, political science, and social studies.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mods:mods>
