The study aims to provide a philosophical justification for the dialectical unity between innovative initiative and social development, determine the role of innovative technologies in social development, and identify the spiritual and ethical criteria underlying this relationship. The research methodology encompasses a dialectical approach, integrative analysis, content analysis, and sociological surveys. Empirical data were analyzed on the basis of surveys conducted among young people in Uzbekistan and statistical reports published by international organizations. The findings indicate that the harmony between innovative initiative and social development is a dialectical process that evolves through the emergence and resolution of contradictions, while the integration of traditional and innovative values contributes to the formation of new social qualities. The study substantiates the need to harmonize technological transformation with societal values and ethical norms. Spiritual and ethical principles — responsibility, justice, conscience, and humanity — are identified as key criteria for guiding innovative processes in a humanistic direction. The findings provide a theoretical basis for incorporating spiritual and ethical imperatives into innovation policy and youth education.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_2314"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_2314_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
