The essence of inclusive tourism is examined as a socio-philosophical issue related to the rights of individuals to freedom of movement, recreation, participation in cultural life, and equal access to tourism services. The article substantiates the development of inclusive tourism as an important condition for establishing the principles of social justice and equality. Using a philosophical and analytical approach, the study highlights the significance of inclusive tourism for social integration, quality of life, active participation in society, and individual self-realization. In addition, the sociocultural characteristics of developing inclusive tourism in Uzbekistan are analyzed, and theoretical conclusions are proposed regarding the formation of an inclusive tourism environment based on the principles of humanism, equality, and social responsibility.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_2315"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_2315_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
