The female characters portrayed in the writer’s short stories and novellas are classified according to age, socio-spiritual status, psychological state, and character traits. The article also explores the relationship between these female characters and national mentality, customs, moral values, and such qualities traditionally associated with Uzbek women as loyalty, self-sacrifice, perseverance, and faith. Drawing on female characters in such works as Urush odamlari, Momoqo‘shiq, Shamolni tutib bo‘lmaydi, Bepoyon osmon, and Qultoy, the study examines their tragic destinies, relationships with the social environment, and inner experiences. It also highlights Nazar Eshonqul’s use of direct and indirect characterization in portraying women, as well as the role of artistic space, interior setting, literary detail, and interpersonal relationships in revealing the characters’ personalities.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_2324"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_2324_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
