The source base of the study includes the “Pedagogical Treatises” section of Volume 2 of the Complete Works, the novel Yangi Saodat, the article Maktabi “Dor ul-Aytom”, and the author’s autobiography; the sources are evaluated according to a three-level (A, B, C) reliability scale. The anthropological core of the concept is identified as the proposition that ignorance is not hereditary but rather a consequence of inadequate upbringing and, therefore, a condition that can be changed. Based on textual descriptions, a six-indicator normative model of proper upbringing suitable for empirical verification and a seven-component system of educational means are reconstructed. Hamza’s strategy, simultaneously oriented toward two generations — children and adults — and its andragogical component are substantiated. Comparative-typological analysis identifies five common features of Jadid pedagogy and four distinctive characteristics of Hamza’s system. The pedagogical activities of Jadid enlighteners are classified into three functional types, with Hamza characterized as belonging to the “practitioner-didact” type. The study also identifies three limitations of the concept.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_2336"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_2336_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
