Based on contemporary research, a training session structure is proposed that includes initial diagnostic assessment, movement calibration, variable accuracy training, tactical modeling of an end, and controlled throwing under progressively increasing loads. The methodology provides for the differentiation of training tasks according to sport class, individual motor profile, and ball delivery method. The proposed pedagogical criteria include mean distance error, within-series variability, the proportion of successful tactical decisions, stability of accuracy during the final part of the training session, and subjective perception of load. The proposed approach integrates the content of sports training, pedagogical monitoring, and adaptive individualization into a unified system for managing athletes’ preparedness.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_2340"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_2340_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
