%X The article substantiates a pedagogical-management model for developing the environment of principal–teacher relations in general education schools. Based on systemic and structural-functional analysis, five indicators of development, existing school management domains, pedagogical-management technologies, and the processes of diagnosis, feedback, and correction are integrated into a unified model.
