"title": "DIDACTIC PRINCIPLES AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR DEVELOPING PEDAGOGICAL DISCOURSE COMPETENCE",
"abstract": "The article substantiates a system of didactic principles and pedagogical conditions necessary for developing pedagogical discourse competence among prospective foreign language teachers. Through theoretical analysis, comparative categorization, and the design of pedagogical conditions, the principles of professional contextualization, dialogicity, discursive awareness, adaptability, reflective evidence-based reasoning, and ethical safety were identified. Four conditions for implementing these principles are proposed: systematic immersion in pedagogical discourse, contrastive awareness of speech choices, a cycle of repeated performance and redesign, and a safe environment for evidence-based feedback. As a result, a conceptual matrix was developed that clearly distinguishes between principles and conditions and serves as a framework for designing the educational process.",
