Based on a corpus of 150 formal emails, the study identifies five main structural components: the subject line, greeting, main body, closing formula, and signature. It also examines the use of politeness formulas, abbreviations, and domain-specific terminology. The findings demonstrate the relative predominance of conciseness and precision in English emails, whereas Uzbek emails tend to place greater emphasis on respect, mitigation, and explanatory detail.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_2394"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_2394_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
