The study employs systemic analysis, comparative analysis, pedagogical modeling, and thematic grouping of scholarly sources. As a result of the theoretical and methodological analysis, a cyclical adaptive management mechanism integrating diagnostics, differentiated activities, monitoring, feedback, reflection, and correction was developed. Assessment areas were identified for the cognitive, analytical-practical, interpretative-prognostic, and decision-making and managerial components of econometric competence. The pedagogical effectiveness of digital tools is substantiated by the need to methodologically align them with professional tasks, assessment criteria, and individual learning trajectories. The proposed mechanism is characterized as a conceptual and methodological framework for adaptively organizing econometric education in accordance with students’ level of preparedness and developmental dynamics.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_2396"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_2396_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
