This competence is conceptualized as a multidimensional structure comprising managerial-participatory, leadership-communicative, cognitive-volitional, and emotional-regulatory components. An analysis conducted among 240 students at Urgench State University revealed a sufficient level of teamwork and emotional stability; however, certain difficulties were identified in volitional self-regulation and decision-making under conditions of uncertainty and risk. Based on the findings, practical recommendations for enhancing students’ managerial potential were developed. %A Nasiba Ibragimova %R OJS:2582 %T PSYCHODIAGNOSTIC AND METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR ASSESSING PARTICIPATIVE MANAGEMENT COMPETENCIES IN STUDENTS %J Scientific and innovative research in the social and humanitarian sphere %D 2026
