This competence is conceptualized as a multidimensional structure comprising managerial-participatory, leadership-communicative, cognitive-volitional, and emotional-regulatory components. An analysis conducted among 240 students at Urgench State University revealed a sufficient level of teamwork and emotional stability; however, certain difficulties were identified in volitional self-regulation and decision-making under conditions of uncertainty and risk. Based on the findings, practical recommendations for enhancing students’ managerial potential were developed. date: 2026-01-01 date_type: published id_number: OJS:2582 full_text_status: none publication: Scientific and innovative research in the social and humanitarian sphere volume: 3 number: 9 pagerange: 254-257 refereed: 1 issn: 3060-5059 citation: Ibragimova, Nasiba (2026) PSYCHODIAGNOSTIC AND METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR ASSESSING PARTICIPATIVE MANAGEMENT COMPETENCIES IN STUDENTS.
