%X The article analyzes issues related to the innovative management of students’ spiritual and moral education in higher education institutions based on a survey of 3,269 students in Nukus. According to the findings, 85.5% of students consider the use of digital technologies necessary, while 76.6% emphasize the need for scientifically grounded organization of the educational process. The article proposes the “Smart-Ma’naviyat” digital platform based on Japan’s “Tokkatsu” educational experience.
