The relevance of the study is determined by the need for future physicians to acquire not only medical knowledge and skills but also the competence required for effective professional communication with patients and colleagues, as well as for working with medical documentation. The study proposes a Russian language teaching methodology based on the integration of an integrative approach and AI-assisted learning technologies. Within this methodology, language material is integrated with the content of medical disciplines, while clinical situations, doctor–patient dialogues, case studies, differentiated tasks, and artificial intelligence tools, particularly ChatGPT, are employed. The article highlights the potential of AI-assisted learning to support individualized learning, provide immediate feedback, simulate professional situations, and develop students’ independent learning activities. It also discusses methodological techniques aimed at identifying and overcoming interlingual interference among Uzbek-speaking medical students. As a result of the study, the main components of an integrative AI-assisted model aimed at developing professional communicative competence among medical students are identified.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_2405"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_2405_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
