It explores the possibilities of diagnosing prospective teachers’ professional and pedagogical competence in a digital assessment environment based on Bloom’s Taxonomy and its revised model developed by Anderson and Krathwohl. The levels of Bloom’s Taxonomy—knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis, evaluation, and creation—are considered in integration with the cognitive components of professional competence. The didactic and psychometric characteristics of traditional tests and profession-oriented situational (case-based) tests developed on the basis of Bloom’s Taxonomy are comparatively analyzed.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_2422"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_2422_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
