The relevance of this study is determined by the need to integrate diagnostics, repertoire, methods, exercises, and assessment into a unified system of vocal education for primary school students. The study aims to substantiate a methodological system and pedagogical model for developing vocal performance abilities in primary school students. Theoretical and comparative analysis, systematization, and pedagogical modeling were employed to compare the functional potential of local vocal teaching methodology with the Kodály, Dalcroze, and Gordon approaches. As a result, a methodological system consisting of diagnostic, auditory-intonational, vocal-technical, rhythmic-motor, artistic-performance, and reflective-assessment components was developed. Kodály elements were directed toward intonation training, Dalcroze elements toward rhythmic coordination, Gordon’s approach toward internal tonal-rhythmic audiation, and the local methodology toward vocal-technical training and repertoire selection. The pedagogical model was constructed as an integrated cycle comprising goal setting, diagnostics, content selection, method selection, practical vocal activities, assessment, correction, and repeated performance. A distinctive feature of the model is that assessment results function as a corrective mechanism that modifies subsequent methodological interventions. The proposed system enables the selection of pedagogical interventions tailored to each student’s individual vocal profile and facilitates the development of conscious, expressive, and independent performance.",
