Drawing on M. Bakhtin’s theory of the chronotope and Yu. Lotman’s concepts of literary space and the semantic boundary, the study comparatively analyzes the characters’ trajectories of movement, their perception of historical time, their value-based relationship with space, and their choices in boundary situations. In the image of Otabek, the intercity road and the domestic space; in Bobur, the opposition between homeland and exile; and in Ulug‘bek, the contrast between the palace and the space of scholarship demonstrate different possibilities of the chronotope in constructing literary images. The analysis substantiates that the chronotope is not merely a pre-existing background for the literary image but a mechanism that integrates the character’s movement, memory, and tragic or spiritual experience into an artistic whole. Rather than using direct quotations from the literary texts, the study employs analytical interpretations of plot situations in the selected novels.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_2437"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_2437_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
