The analysis draws on D. Olweus’s conceptualization of bullying, social learning theory, the ecological systems approach, and studies that interpret bullying as a group process. Individual, family, school, and societal factors influencing bullying are examined separately, while its short- and long-term consequences are discussed on the basis of international research. The article also addresses the legal framework in Uzbekistan and key areas relevant to bullying prevention.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_2448"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_2448_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
