N2  - This article analyzes the functions of enhancing the methodological competence ofmedical educators through modern technologies, with particular attention to the effectiveorganization of the educational process, the development of innovative thinking, and theimprovement of practical skills. It examines the importance of developing newpedagogical methods based on a project-based approach, fostering creative and analyticalabilities, and developing effective communication skills with students in the preparationof educators. The article also outlines the stages of applying technologies aimed atimproving the methodological competence of medical educators.
