The pedagogical, psychological, and methodological aspects of developingindependent thinking, problem-solving in complex and non-standard situations, digitaldesign skills, and the ability to work with innovative Industry 4.0 technologies in modernengineering education are analyzed. Furthermore, based on the results of experimentalstudies, practical proposals and improved methodological recommendations aimed atenhancing the quality of future engineers’ professional training have been developed.</dc:description>
