Through the contrasts between Akbara and Tashchainar, as well as between Bazarbai and Tursun, the study explores the literary representation of humanity, compassion, loyalty, family relationships, and spiritual and moral values. The depiction of wolves’ lives reveals such qualities as loyalty, parental affection, devotion to one’s mate, and self-sacrifice, while human life is portrayed through indifference, violence, selfishness, and moral decline. The article also examines the significance of the contrast between Akbara’s grief after Tashchainar’s death and Bazarbai’s tragic situation in revealing the ideological content of the novel. The findings demonstrate that, through artistic contrast, the writer reconsiders the criteria of humanity and artistically portrays the erosion of spiritual values and the moral problems of society.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mods:mods>
