The study examines the epistemological nature of the work, with particular emphasis on the syntactic representation of the noetic dialogue between the Active Intellect (العقل الفعّال) and the human rational soul (النفس الناطقة). Drawing on Ibn Sina’s original Arabic text, the study investigates the conformity of discourse to the requirements of the communicative situation (muqtaḍā al-ḥāl), the figurative functions of declarative sentences (iẓhār al-ḍaʿf, al-taʿajjub), and the use of definiteness, indefiniteness, and fronting in relation to the musnad ilayh and musnad. The article also provides a scholarly account of the functional-semantic role of qaṣr mechanisms, inshāʾ ṭalabī constructions, faṣl-waṣl relations, and the principle of ījāz al-qiṣar in constructing the concept of intellectual liberation from the constraints of the soul (tajarrud).</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_2493"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_2493_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
