It examines the historical development, distinctive visual and structural characteristics, as well as the socio-political and practical functions of such relatively understudied script types as Diwani Jali, Muhaqqaq, Ijaza, Tughra, Maghribi, Rayhani, Taj, and Shekasteh. The study substantiates the scholarly significance of examining these derived script types for Islamic paleography and the identification of ancient manuscripts.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mods:mods>
