%X This article examines the significance of demographic forecasting in shaping state policy and strategically planning long-term socio-economic development. Based on an analysis of the age and sex structure of the population, birth rates, mortality, migration, and population aging processes, the article develops scientific and practical proposals aimed at mitigating regional demographic disparities and improving demographic data infrastructure.
