It explores the possibilities of integrating national pedagogical heritage, oral folklore, national values, and local cultural experiences into instructional design. A comparative analysis is conducted of Shulman's theory of pedagogical content knowledge, Wiggins and McTighe's Understanding by Design model, Biggs's concept of constructive alignment, Schön's theory of reflective practice, and culturally responsive teaching approaches. Content-didactic, organizational-methodological, practical-design, and reflective-evaluative conditions are systematized, and a conceptual mechanism reflecting their interrelationships is proposed. These findings provide a theoretical foundation for developing lesson plans, case studies, microteaching sessions, and reflective assignments within the course "Pedagogical Mastery."</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mods:mods>
