title: MODERN MEANS OF DEVELOPING ARTISTIC THINKING THROUGH ENGAGING STUDENTS WITH ARTISTIC VALUES

abstract: This article examines the development of artistic thinking among future teachers. It analyzes modern approaches and tools for fostering artistic thinking by encouraging students’ interest in artistic values. The study explores the potential of digital and multimedia technologies, innovative and interactive teaching methods, interdisciplinary and practice-oriented approaches, project-based learning, media education, creative writing, analysis of works of art, and independent learning platforms. In addition, methods for preliminary diagnostics, procedures for organizing roundtable discussions, and assessment criteria aimed at determining students’ levels of artistic thinking have been developed. The findings indicate the need for a systematic pedagogical approach to increasing students’ interest in artistic works, enhancing their understanding of artistic values, developing independent and creative thinking, and fostering skills in creating artistic products.
