The central problem is examined from the perspective that ready-made answers and high-quality outputs cannot be equated with learners’ actual mastery of knowledge and skills. The study explores the interrelationships among self-regulated learning, cognitive offloading, gradual fading of support, independent task performance, delayed assessment, and knowledge transfer to new situations. As a result, the article systematizes theoretical and methodological principles for planning the use of artificial intelligence in accordance with learning objectives, jointly assessing learning products and processes, ensuring academic integrity, and developing a pedagogical research design capable of distinguishing the effects of technology from those of instructional methodology and teacher support.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_2535"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_2535_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
