%X The article investigates the theoretical and methodological foundations andneuropedagogical determination of the development of sanogenic reflexivity in futureteachers. Based on a synthesis of cognitive-metacognitive approaches and the concept ofsanogenic thinking, the formation of sanogenic reflexivity (SR) is substantiated as aconceptual-functional relationship, SR = f(M, N, D), between the internal psychologicalmatrix (M), neuropedagogical profile (N), and external didactic conditions (D). The studyreveals the three-phase nonlinear dynamics of sanogenic reflection following an S-shaped(sigmoidal) trajectory. An integrative didactic-coaching model, its four-stageimplementation mechanism, and the necessary neuropedagogical conditions have beendeveloped as means of deconstructing the cycle of professional burnout and pathogenicrumination and fostering metacognitive autonomy among students.
