Based on a synthesis of cognitive-metacognitive approaches and the concept ofsanogenic thinking, the formation of sanogenic reflexivity (SR) is substantiated as aconceptual-functional relationship, SR = f(M, N, D), between the internal psychologicalmatrix (M), neuropedagogical profile (N), and external didactic conditions (D). The studyreveals the three-phase nonlinear dynamics of sanogenic reflection following an S-shaped(sigmoidal) trajectory. An integrative didactic-coaching model, its four-stageimplementation mechanism, and the necessary neuropedagogical conditions have beendeveloped as means of deconstructing the cycle of professional burnout and pathogenicrumination and fostering metacognitive autonomy among students.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-10-13</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mods:mods>
