It analyzes the possibilities of using animations, interactive diagrams, digitaltests, video materials, and problem-based tasks to teach the role of phytohormones inregulating plant growth, development, and physiological processes. The researchmethodology is based on a planned pedagogical experiment involving 105 third-yearbiology students across six academic groups. A model has been developed to assessstudents’ understanding of the mechanisms of phytohormone action, their ability toexplain physiological processes, and their biological problem-solving skills through theuse of digital tools during a single lesson. The article presents a scheme for organizing theeducational process, tables illustrating the main physiological effects of phytohormones, and criteria for recording the results of the pedagogical experiment.
