The study draws on the 2010 edition of Munis and Agahi's Firdavs ul-Iqbol, prepared by N. Jumakhoja, S. Rozimboyev, and A. Ahmedov and published by O‘qituvchi Publishing House, as well as documents from qadi courts and contemporary scholarly research. The findings reveal that the family institution constituted a complex system regulating not only marital and kinship relations but also property, legal, and social relations. date: 2026-01-01 date_type: published id_number: OJS:2725 full_text_status: none publication: Scientific and innovative research in the social and humanitarian sphere volume: 3 number: 10 pagerange: 68-71 refereed: 1 issn: 3060-5059 citation: Axmedov, Rustam (2026) THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE FAMILY INSTITUTION IN THE KHIVA KHANATE IN THE LATE 19TH – EARLY 20TH CENTURIES.
