Literary competence is conceptualized as a four-component structure, with assessment criteria, indicators, and a four-level rating scale proposed for each component. The study also analyzes the role of electronic testing platforms, digital portfolios, online forums, learning management systems (LMS), analytical rubrics, and artificial intelligence-based feedback tools in the assessment process. As a result, an integrative assessment model combining diagnostic, formative, and summative assessment stages is substantiated.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mods:mods>
