The study employs a systematic and narrative literature review approach and comparatively synthesizes research published in international academic databases as well as studies by Uzbek scholars on digital technologies, media education, STEAM, and quality management in preschool education. The review identifies seven major pedagogical areas for the application of artificial intelligence: individualization and adaptation of learning, support for children’s cognitive and creative development, development of AI literacy, methodological support for teachers, diagnostics and monitoring, digital safety and ethical issues, and the integration of artificial intelligence into educational content. The analysis indicates that artificial intelligence should be viewed not as a substitute for teachers but as a supportive technology that enriches educational content, strengthens individualized approaches, and facilitates pedagogical decision-making. The study also emphasizes the importance of privacy, parental consent, age-appropriate content, screen time, and pedagogical supervision when working with preschool-aged children. date: 2026-01-01 date_type: published id_number: OJS:2765 full_text_status: public publication: Scientific and innovative research in the social and humanitarian sphere volume: 3 number: 10 pagerange: 2-8 refereed: 1 issn: 3060-5059 citation: Yusupova, Xabiba (2026) PEDAGOGICAL OPPORTUNITIES OF USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION.
