      "abstract": "This article analyzes the theoretical and pedagogical foundations and structuralcomponents of developing cultural competence in future teachers. It examines the role ofcultural competence, alongside key and specific competencies, in the professional andpersonal development of teachers, as well as its significance in the era of globalization. Thestudy substantiates that the rich spiritual heritage of the Uzbek people \u2014 oral folktraditions, national customs, traditions, and rituals, as well as the scholarly andeducational works of great ancestors \u2014 serves as a fundamental source for developing cultural competence. The analysis presented in the article contributes to preparing futureteachers in the spirit of national values and enhancing their intercultural communicationskills.",
