%X This article examines teachers’ pedagogical mastery in the educational process, itsessence, structural components, and role in ensuring teaching effectiveness. It analyzesthe didactic, communicative, psychological, and organizational aspects of pedagogicalmastery and highlights the importance of using modern educational technologies,interactive teaching methods, and digital tools. The study develops scientific andmethodological recommendations for the continuous development of teachers’professional competence, the implementation of individualized approaches to students,and the improvement of reflective practice.
