Conceptual, axiological-semantic, and situational analyses are employed. Human dignity is distinguished from reputation and subjective feelings of offense, and a model of “status, meaning, consequences” is proposed. The model reconciles effectiveness, discipline, and solidarity with the equal status of individuals, distinguishing criticism from humiliation. The conclusions are theoretical in nature, and the model has not been empirically tested.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mods:mods>
