"abstract": "The article examines the conditions under which economic resources are transformed into cultural advantage and social status. Through comparative-conceptual analysis, inheritance, conversion, and legitimation are distinguished. It is demonstrated that the reproduction of inequality and the mechanism that generates it are not the same phenomenon. An open analytical chain consisting of resources, recognition, outcomes, and reaccumulation is developed. The conclusions establish a methodological boundary against equating human dignity with market value.",
