Performance indicators in mathematical, reading, and scientific literacy are compared with the averages of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), highlighting issues related to the practical application of knowledge, critical thinking, social inequality, and the harmonization of national and global values. Based on a survey conducted among schoolteachers, the study examines the influence of the PISA programme on the worldviews of teachers and students. The research employs philosophical-dialectical analysis, comparative analysis, content analysis, and empirical and statistical-analytical methods.
