В работе выявляются их основные мифопоэтические модели: идеологическое переосмысление, онтологическая трансформация и психологическая интериоризация. Показано, что в поэтике Эдриен Рич миф становится инструментом социально-культурной критики в рамках феминистского дискурса; в творчестве Энн Карсон он предстает как эстетическая модель индивидуального сознательного опыта; в поэзии Луизы Глюк — как психологическое выражение субъективного внутреннего переживания.
