abstract: This article provides a scientific justification of a methodological system for developing students’ creativity and leadership competencies based on a constructivist educational approach. The role of constructivism in the learning process and its potential for fostering creative thinking and leadership qualities are examined. The study analyzes the goals, objectives, content, forms, methods, and outcome components of the methodological system. Particular emphasis is placed on engaging students in active cognitive activities, developing independent decision-making skills, and enhancing effective leadership abilities within collaborative learning environments.
