Освещается значение коммуникативного подхода при обучении узбекскому языку как второму языку, рассматриваются виды речевой деятельности и методика поэтапного формирования навыков говорения. В исследовании предложена педагогическая модель развития устной речи учащихся, в которой процесс обучения организуется на основе мотивационного, когнитивного, практического и рефлексивного этапов.
