Методология исследования включает личностно-ориентированный, аксиологический и компетентностный подходы. С помощью методов научного анализа, теоретического сравнения, систематизации и концептуального моделирования исследовался процесс профессиональной подготовки будущих педагогов и система компетенций, соответствующая стандартам квалификации. Результаты исследования показали, что компетентностный подход играет важную роль в эффективном обучении учащихся, формировании профессиональных знаний и навыков, а также развитии педагогических и социальных компетенций.
