В исследовании анализируется массовый характер трудовой мобилизации в условиях войны, роль женщин, подростков и пожилых людей в производстве, а также механизмы правового регулирования трудовых отношений. На основе архивных материалов и статистических данных раскрываются масштабы и эффективность труда тыла, даётся оценка социально-правовым последствиям применения форм обязательного труда.
