Рассматривается необходимость владения психологическими знаниями при выполнении задач по профилактике правонарушений, а также обязательность обеспечения законности каждым сотрудником в сфере охраны правопорядка. Кроме того, приводятся сведения о регистрации и контроле актов гражданского состояния, надзоре за выездом и въездом граждан, целях и задачах правоохранительной деятельности, а также о роли и значении нормативно-правовых актов, координирующих данную сферу.
