Уточняются сущность, структура и этапы формирования данной компетенции. Анализируются возможности цифровых технологий в организации образовательной среды, а также разрабатываются механизмы индивидуализации обучения, саморегуляции и формирования рефлексивного подхода. Предложенная педагогическая модель обоснована с точки зрения взаимосвязи её компонентов, а её эффективность подтверждена экспериментально.
