PROBLEMS OF FORMING FOREIGN LANGUAGE COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE AMONG FIRST-YEAR PHILOLOGY STUDENTS: LINGUODIDACTIC ANALYSIS AND WAYS TO OVERCOME PHONETIC INTERFERENCE

The article examines the linguodidactic aspects of developing foreign language communicative competence among first-year philology students with a particular focus on the problem of phonetic interference. The study analyzes the main segmental and suprasegmental difficulties caused by the influence of the native language, as well as the psychological and methodological factors hindering the development of phonological competence. Special attention is paid to the nationally oriented approach, digital technologies, and modern methodological strategies for correcting pronunciation errors. The findings substantiate the necessity of systematic and comprehensive work aimed at overcoming interference in order to develop authentic pronunciation and improve the professional training of future philologists.
