LANGUAGE AS THE LIMIT OF THOUGHT: A PHILOSOPHICAL ANALYSIS (BASED ON LUDWIG WITTGENSTEIN’S “TRACTATUS LOGICO-PHILOSOPHICUS”)

This article examines the relationship between language and thought through a philosophical analysis of Ludwig Wittgenstein’s work “Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus”. The primary objective of the study is to identify the nature of language as a medium that both shapes and limits human thinking. The paper explores Vittgenstein’s key ideas concerning the logical structure of language, the correspondence between language and reality, and the concepts of facts and states of affairs. The research methodology is based on hermeneutic, analytic, and comparative approaches. Particular attention is given to the conceptual analysis of the relationship between language, thought, and reality within the framework of analytic philosophy. The author substantiates the thesis that the limits of language determine the limits of thought, highlighting its relevance in contemporary philosophical discourse.
