TRADITIONS RELATED TO THE FOOD CULTURE OF CENTRAL ASIAN ARABS: AN ETHNOCULTURAL AND LINGUOCULTURAL ANALYSIS

This article analyzes the traditions related to the food culture of Central Asian Arabs from ethnocultural and linguocultural perspectives. The study focuses on the historical living environment of Arab ethnic groups, their everyday lifestyle, hospitality culture, ritual dishes, and the role of food in family traditions. Food culture is interpreted as an important cultural phenomenon that reflects a people’s historical memory, religious beliefs, social relations, and ethnic identity. The article also examines the eating habits of Central Asian Arabs, dishes prepared during holidays and ceremonies, their names, and symbolic meanings. The findings of the study make it possible to understand how food-related traditions contribute to the preservation of ethnic identity, cultural heritage, and intergenerational continuity.
