AHMAD DONISH'S VIEWS ON PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND THEIR SIGNIFICANCE IN THE NEW UZBEKISTAN GOVERNMENT SYSTEM

This article analyzes Ahmad Donish’s views on public administration, just governance, ministerial responsibility, economic regulation, irrigation, and public welfare based on his works “Navadir ul-waqoe” and “Risola, or A Brief History of the Manghit Dynasty”, as well as scholarly studies on the history of the Manghit dynasty. It also comparatively examines these ideas in relation to the principles of open, accountable, and professional governance being formed in New Uzbekistan.
